About me
I teach the Interior Design and Behavioral Health pathways along with Financial Literacy at Skyridge High School. I have four grown children and have been married for 28 years. I'm passionate about mental health and have lots of personal experience with eating disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and ADHD.
